It probably looks longer than it actually is because of the small wheels, although it does look longer than standard. Weirdly the front fork rake seems almost negative.

I looked at some of their other bikes and this one is definitely an outlier at the back.
Front effective rake also looks strange but if they utilise some sag when loaded I imagine it's going to increase significantly.
 
There are short rear stay versions too, but compared to a standard touring bike this still isn't that long. That fork is very straight but yes, with a bit of sag it will be ok.
