AMP Research B4 Bushes Help

I picked up this '96 B4 with an F4 BLT (excuse the bottle) from Facebook last year, and while there doesn't seem much play in the rear or front end, with little history known, I think it would be wise to give the pivots an overhaul. However, checking both available manuals, and rebuild kits not available as far as I can see, I'm hoping someone might have some knowledge of what bearings I need, along with any other parts. I'll then order in everything I need before trying to track down a tool to get everything apart.

I love this bike and it was purchased in memory of a sadly passed family friend that was an engineer and would have appreciated it for its renegade engineering, so I think it deserves for me to know how to look after it properly. I'll create a spreadsheet of parts and suppliers, record the process and post for prosperity and to help any future owners.

Any help or advice hugely welcome!

Here are a few AMP parts specs that I've gleaned over the years.
As you say, the AMP manuals are a bit opaque on actual specs, but all the small parts for the frame and forks are actually standard off-the-shelf stuff. Some of the brake piston seals etc seem to be harder...

I have a few NOS rebuild kits, mostly F1/F2 and B2 parts, so can measure those, too, to get your spreadsheet populated.

The AMP Research research thread here has a lot of info.
The members over at Facebook @AMP'oholics should be able to help with this stuff.

These are the fork damper seals:

The fork pivot bushings are all Teflon coated flanged DU bushes, 8mm ID, 10mm OD, 10mm long, these are normally coded as FMB 0810 DU.
The plain tubular ones in the rear end pivots are 8x10x plain DU bushes: MB 0810 DU
Both can be bought for around £1.20 each from bearing suppliers:

All the best,

You are a true gent. Thank you. I’ll start populating that excel sheet soon and I’ll be sure to check out that thread. I’m a member of the AMP Facebook group so I’ll ask over there too. I’ve already ordered the O-rings, but the bushings were leaving me a little stumped! The mission begins!
