he flounced! are you implying that Al batted for the other side? :shock: I know his taste in cars wasnt to everyones taste, but to go that far and say that he flounced out of here is a bit much! I for one liked his cars and his totally strange off topics posts, now quit the flouncing about Al, take off that tutu and get back on here

It's not the same without Al. I used to have a role model, someone to look up to, someone who always had an amusing anecdote to fill the greyest of days with sunshine and rainbows. Now I have nothing but the memories and the threads fondly remembered by heart.I cherish his treatise on frame materials and will go to my grave knowing that steel is the right material to make bicycle frames from.
