@Once A Hero 1 1/8" threaded.
The specced headset on an Endeavour was a Tioga Avenger. I'm presuming it was the same for the team and not an XC pro.

44cm from centre of bb to top of seat clamp
Looks like I got hold of it just in time. Seat post was very tight, as were canti bolts. Suntour bb came out without a fuss, but the headset is going to take some persuading.

Dyna-Tech #4, incoming! That makes 4 in 4 months

Here’s the latest DT.
Good clean up, perhaps a few new decals and a few parts changes and it should be fit and healthy once more.
