LTS questions

Apologies in advance but I’ve a few LTS related questions.

1. Are the shocks & swing arms interchangeable between a 96 LTS1 and DH? They appear the same apart from a “DH “ stamp on one. The shock seems to be longer on a DH.

2. Is the pictured disc mount one that’s specific for a LTS? I know torsion arms and shirt axle hubs exist but obviously this is different.

3. which frame would you personally build if one was to stay and one be sold- LTS 1 -96 or LTS DH ?

I think the main triangle is the same, linkage and shock longer on the dh.

I'd build the one with the better bushes, are you lucky and either have received a bearing conversion?

That disc conversion doesn't fill me with confidence if I'm honest. Looks a bit home brew.

I’ve found out that the only difference apart from the obvious front triangle - is the chainstay is longer on the DH , and the shock is a little longer too.

The disc adapter is made by hope for the STS and LTS.

Not sure about bearings and bushings but doesn’t matter too much as I’ll not ride them.

I think I’m going to keep the LTS 1 as it’s far nicer condition and sell the DH

The DH would be my preference if it was a nicer example

I may be wrong but the calliper and bib may be hope, but the adapter doesn't have that hope quality about it imo. F it works, it works.

Yeh deffo hope. It’s been discussed on the LTS group and several have popped up.

The DH has bearings , and the 1 has bushes.
