Raleigh Dyna Tech MTB with sloping top tube

Hi all,

So I posted here some time back after getting my original frame back. However I’m never going to get time to do the project so reluctantly I will move it on. It’s a Dyna Tech frame yellow and blue with a sloping top tube so I believe quite rare. I do know it came from the team directly to me. Unfortunately it’s only the frame and headset. I’d be grateful for some guidance. From the top of the tube to centre of BB is 20” What's my xyz worth ?

Team frames usually had the rider's name stamped into the bottom bracket. It would be interesting to know who this was made for.
