It's suspected she actually pushed or nudged the old lady on the bike, but that was just off camera so never conclusively proven.

I’m in SoCal, Los Angeles area. There’s little to no animosity between bicyclists and pedestrians and motorists. Bicyclists are lawfully expected to obey the same traffic laws as motorists, but no one complains if we ride the sidewalks. We move aside or go around pedestrians as they do for us. On rare occasions a smile or nod is exchanged, but in general people all hate each other equally.
