Anyway, today I crashed big time 1/2 a mile from home on route to work. Hit a tree, bounced off and careered down an embankment. Totally pretzelled my front wheel, its not repairable :roll: I'm fine though, weird thing is I've ridden that section of trail oodles of times and yet its only today it bites back

Today I went for a bike run along the coast, tail wind, 8.5 miles, average moving speed 6mph, top speed 22mph

Why is this good? Because it was with UltraMiniKen He was flying on his islabike

He got picked up at the end of the route and I had a ten mile ride against a 17mph headwind.
