Have to agree that On Ones customer service is just as wank as their frames. I gave up trying to get a refund on my Magura forks and ended up sending them back to the factory for repairing. On One wouldn't even give me a copy reciept for the forks (having failed to send one with the forks) so I could get the work done under warranty. All I got was 'will ring you back' from Stevo. Wankers to the core.

thats nice rob what size is it ? looks big

Its a 19" but it doesnt look any bigger than my 18" but the tape says 19"
and thats what it was sold as.
