Cycled round Arran today, 3:30hrs.

Nice time - about 60 miles n'est pas?

56miles and 3456ft of ascent, went clockwise for the first time.

Started back on the Thursday night training runs - 23.5 miles on the mtb - road and trail, fairly flat, good pace for me 10 mph average.

what great weather today, got a 1.5 hr run in at craufurdland (this place is so sweet as it is pretty much dry now) and then 45 min walk in the sunshine as I did not have a pump :evil: wiggle to the rescue.
