And today I did......

Nottingham canal involved clearing choking pond weed to allow biodiversity :D

Forget shopping trolleys, we found a Saab 9000, least ways thats what we surmised once we'd ripped the bonnet off and dragged to the surface, metallic silver it was. You were still knee deep in murky canal water when you stood on its roof

Had a totally hot lady in the shop to have her boardman looked over . Absolutely nothing wrong with it , quite a nice bike really . she was saying she wanted another bike to which I said " whats wrong with this one ? " " well I'd like a road bike too , you can never have too many bikes "

How awesome . I was dazed for about an hour after that one

i'm shure you've told that story before

Today I was called into work as the shutter for the door is broken so a guy needs to stay till 1 tonight so they can get that fixed . I had to cover that guy for most of the day and was often heard muttering " I'm not even supposed to be here today "

One of the guys cocked up and sent the wrong bike out with the wrong guy . both the same bike but different details and money paid . At least I didn't have to call one of them with " excuse me but could you come back and pay the money for the bike you have "

I did meet a guy who is having a new GT frame powder coated in the blue and yellow Zaskar colours . Be interesting to see that one .

New tyres and stem fitted to the Salsa, saving a whopping 270ish grams   I have a saddle and hopefully a post combo to save a few more and may dump the lock on grips for some foam chaps. They're not the comfiest after a while. A bit peeved I never got round to getting those SID's working or indeed doing what I should have done and got the reba's fixed  still too late noo.
