No cycling today, but I did replace the double-sided SPDs on the FrankenKona with PD-M324s (the pedals that are beartrap on one side, SPD on the other) in the interests of spontaneity. Pedals in superb condition, £13 posted from eBay.

Will I take it to the pub now, or will I have a walk to settle my carbonara? A late tea due to toiling on the allotment- won't be watching The Killing Fields tonight.

prob just round the local woods, tis very handy and would be up for a spin, mondays and thurdays apart (late nights). Trying to keep biking to a min before 10 as my knee started to make grumbling noises after the bothy shenanigans :?

Looks like the Capri is sold :cry: , it's going to Ireland, deposit paid etc, guy is collecting it next Sunday.

Sold for 3K which is a bit less than i wanted (owes me 3.5) but at least i can get on with the Escort now.

No bikes or bits though, just going to ride the Zaskar this year.
