And today I did......

First ride this winter on frozen trails! Can't believe I've had to wait this long.
Much better than riding through the slop I've put up with for the last couple of months!

If only it was a bit colder I could have got round the bits that are still under water. :xmas-wink:

Re:

Just in from doing my mid week loop, a sedate 20 miles, wearing normal riding gloves, no Buff, 14deg, was over heating at times, no rain, no wind (parp), ended the ride with a Mr Whippy (a icecream before you start)

Re:

By the time I overcame my "couldnae be ersedness" yesterday afternoon it was about 3 o'clock so I put on my normal winter riding gear. It was 11deg so I was a tad warm, I've noticed buds oot on some trees who think the winter is done.

Re:

BTW I spotted some Chubby tracks today the basa are gettin every where

Re:

Couldnae have been Keith, he wiz gettin dragged roond IKEA and various kitchen cabinet/worktap/sink/crap the last 2 days.

My definition of hell because it won't be decided on what's gettin bought till every shop has been visited numerous times. Just. Shoot. Me. Now.

Nah, wife been good, just ikea then local place today, looks like going with local place, even cancelled bnq.

Missed the biking today though.

Re:

18 miles can feel an awful long way uphill into a headwind with lashing rain and no waterproof breeks

Saracen adventures to buy milk n sausages :D

Re:

Shortened a brake hose, dropped (and lost) the new olive, knocked the lever, pished the oil out all over the floor, wind knocked over the open bottle of spare oil, threw bike in shed, went and got a beer, felt better :)
