And today I did......

Those first two GT's must've been a breeding pair, worse than rabbits they are, best put some Bromide in their lube ;)

Did 60 on the road bike with little or no wind, but did get caught in hail stones. Im out tomorrow on the MTB as long as its not muddy ;)

No riding for me this weekend, hand is still buggered :( , no Weightlifting or Guitar playing either  , serves me right for riding like a prat

Hope the hand's at least feeling better Jimi.

Nae riding here so far either. Was planning on nipping through to Stirling on the train this morning wi' bike to go for ride with Stirling Bike Club... Woke at 7-ish, rain was chucking it down, so bugger that I thought and went back to sleep... Woke up just before 9, rain off, sun out... Really should have known better.

Jumped into car a bit later, rewarded with instant wet arse... WTF? Turns out the drain holes that take water from the roof were blocked on the drivers side, which resulted in drip, drip, drip onto the seat. also had a few mils of standing water in the boot too. Internet investigation, trip to B&Q, drain unblocker flexible wire thingy bought, 10 minutes poking around, sound of running water, bosh, sorted.

Popped mechs on the Stumpie, started doing brakes. Bloody front canti's fought me every step of the way, and turns out one of the back cantis is missing the wee rubber stop thing that the spring fits through.

Overall, much too  today. Off to watch Inglorious Bastards now, so the day should finish better than it started...

Visited the old man and wished him happy 67th Birthday then set off home on my SS'd Raleigh MTB Team which I quite like :D

Half way home, hail and HEAVY rain, Rats

Ah well, rode doon the 'Cast' a muddy path the miners of yesteryear took to get to work and through the woods, great fun :D

Velo how can your dad be younger than you? :)

Took pics of a charity bike donated by a local - probably going to sell it as opposed to shipping it to belarus, the charity would do well with the money.

a completely original Mk1 Raleigh miniBurner, including original grips and tyres (which are still very rideable).

£80 plus post/or free drop off/collection ...assuming miniKen doesn't want it (it will save me money if he doesn't.)

Viscount Grips
Cheng Shin tyres
SR Stem
Full set Raleigh pads

I think that 'mini-burner' is a single speed Yeti that someone is trying to pass off as a Raleigh- the rear stays are a giveaway...

Found some time for an easy few laps round Loch Creran on the Fair Weather Commuter :p

Berluddy camera seems to have lost the ability to focus  Pish

Quote Mr P : Berluddy camera seems to have lost the ability to focus Pish

Auto focus compact? Press the trigger half way (let it focus) then fire.

Or check to see if it has a macro (close up) mode when going close in, it might need telling you want a close up.
