Looks great but surely it's later than an '89 with the rivet on cable guides and the pinch bolt seat tube? More like '93?

She’s a 1989 by serial number and rear stay spacing … built in Cali, but it obviously has been to the Colorado shop at some point for a repair or mod to those riveted stops.
