early 1990s fluoro, 92 onwards more subdued. I was very tempted by one of these a few years ago when saw one going cheap near us when in Hampshire. Eventually chickened out over fears over the longevity of the material, or more I didn't know what I didn't know and didn't take a punt. My mistake given prices etc. As an aside is there a good thread about cabon fibre frames / forks and failure issues for the uninitiated.
