Is that a 130 spider on your revolution?

I'm sure how to tell, shutter?

Re:

Looks like a salsa ring? Usually written on the ring. XT m730, DX, and xtr m900 rings are all 110. If those rings do not fit the holes on the black spider (ie if the spider holes are further apart then it's prob 130. I.e. The road spider. Easiest way to measure BCD without and fancy calculations is to hold a piece if paper overtop of the crank and poke a little hole in the paper overtop if the 5 chainring bolts, draw a circle, then measure the diameter...

I have the 130 road spider on one of my revolutions that's going on my 1990 blizzard. Perfect spider if running a single ring up front

Re:

Or just measure from bolt to next bolt using the same position on the bolt, centre or edge up to you
If it's
~55mm it's 94 bcd
~65mm it's 110 bcd
~75mm it's 130 bcd

Nice!! Handy chart =)

Re:

Handy info gents, I'll measure when I get home. I highly doubt it's a road crank tho

I swore I responded to this thread! Sorry guys, not my style to do that. I came back to post a new pic as I found some syncros bar ends (finally) a couple weeks ago and it renewed my interest in my "syncros bike". I pulled it out of storage and decided to give up on the magura brakes. I had a set of four ritchey canti's and the old brake logic levers to match so they went on. I also came across a set of pink used Oury grips (my fave) and just for Roy, they went as well :). I still don't have the front mech so it is going 1x7 for the time being. It's too small for me so I wont be riding it anyways.

Ah yes, thanks RockiMtn. I was hoping for a smaller Experience in trade, but I wouldn't complain about getting a Cirrus. :)
But then again, I would have a DX parts kit and pink fork left over, and I couldn't use those on a Cirrus.

I actually started building up my 20" Experience yesterday just for fun and to see what it would be like fully built...but yes, if anyone wants a larger frame for a smaller one, let me know.

The Cirrus is looking nice! Good call on the Logic levers and brakes...the Maguras looked a little out of place.

Re:

Where abouts are you, Blizz? I have a 20" Cirrus as well but it has no decals and has had a very rough life. I was going to investigate the possibility of having the whole frame acid etched and then anodized. Just dreaming, really. This one though, it's the only appropriate frame for my forks. Once I have it bolted together and riding, it's my hoarding nature to store it in a bike box.
