All NOS?

No - some parts are - u brake, brake levers, cables, tyres, seatpost - the rest is stuff that is in really good but not NOS condition - just like the frame.

With help from people on here I think the frame set/chainset/wheels have now been re-united since being split in the various sales

It's such a quality bike, the TET frame makes it - I just sat looking at it in the sunshine this afternoon with a beer
