Sunny 20°, first ride since 4 months, in shorts in march, nothing left in the legs but memories so easygoing down two rivers with just one climb. Anyhow rather exhausted 😛

No issues with any other sites, but from the mainland like synlos, maybe there is a correlation although it may sound stupid.

Was riding down the street this morning, turned right on the sidewalk where I lost the front wheel on the icing rain and hit the ground like a whale with my upper body. Could hardly breath and had to rest on my knees for a minute. Bruised ribs and pain in the shoulder, but nothing serious...
