Rock Shox Judy DH Travel Reduction

You could make it more work. The DH had 2 dampers the other Judy's had one. I have to admit that I don't know the dampers from the DH, but the servicable dampers from Sl's can be opened. If you can open the damper, you can service them and place a spacer in it, so you limit your travel...

    RS sl sid's

It's a 63 MM fork, but you can change it to 80MM by removing a plastic spacer. It is easy, but you need a special tool for it and some knowledge about forks. I have a picture of internals on my website, but it is proably offline for updates. www.sniperworks.nl

    Is this a stupid question?

That is with a lot of things :) But with this one it absolute is. If you have no idea what you're doing: it is a shitty job. Btw, you can put in a hollow bolt from a M952 derailleur or the titanium one from a M950, but it does not fit as perfect as the M900/M910.

can you spare a crown and help with rockshox info

You can take the travel down, it's quite easy. You just have to limit the travel, so that the damper isn't using it's full lengt. But the forks, will get shorter in length.

    XTR M900 Canti bushings

You mean the metal cilinders that go in to the brake arms? Try to clean it as much as possble and grease it well. As long as it is moving freely it is good. It isn't a heavy bearing, just a metal cilinder and with a good grease it will move well.

    Rattling rock shox Judys

the rubber around the spring is indeed against rattling against the inners. It's a rubber sleeve you put around it and it shrinks when heated. You can get it at hardware stores or electronic stores. They are meant to be used to seal electronic cables, but larger ones be be used as protection...

    Rockshox Indy SL

You'll need to get the rubbish out of the forks. Without that you can't open the forks. In the bottom of the inners is an allenbolt, you'll have to get that one out, to take of the inners. A good clean will do a lot good, but remember, it's not a high end fork, and the parts a mostly not the...

can you spare a crown and help with rockshox info

Do you have a bolt on steerer, or pressed steerer? The older types had a 1 inch and 1-1/9 inch crown/steerer, the later models came in a crown/steerer with pressed inners. Than you'll need to replace the whole inners with the crown/steerer. I don't know for sure if they were available in 1 inch.
