Rockshox Indy SL

I got a pair of rockshox indy sl's. I cant seem to get the old elastomers out and they are stiff solid, the forks barely move and feel so horrible. Any suggestions how to fix, repair or sort them

You'll need to get the rubbish out of the forks. Without that you can't open the forks.
In the bottom of the inners is an allenbolt, you'll have to get that one out, to take of the inners. A good clean will do a lot good, but remember, it's not a high end fork, and the parts a mostly not the best ones, so it is possible that it will stay stuck. But first, scrape out the elasomers, with a spoke or something.
