Hello, which mass produced 90s steel frame bikes have in your opinion the highest frame quality and are those older steel frames basically on par with modern, sometimes very expensive steel frames? Where are the differences in regard to metal alloys and frame construction?

No, I'm not in a hurry. The Coda manual, wich I found here http://media.cannondale.com/media/Manua ... ent_en.pdf says this: "Attach the rotors to the hubs with the supplied M5 x 12 bolts." However, can I replace Coda bolts with any M5 x 12 bolts or do I need special ones made by Coda?
