[/img] I have now taken out the seized post. With all the gunk inside I'm not sure if it was too large for the frame. It has 26.6 stamped on the remains. Can anyone confirm this is the right size? I also need to get a clamp bolt for the frame. It has lugs on the frame for one. Other than that...

Hi all, I've been given a Gary Fisher Wahoo. Can anyone date it for me. Its a dark red, 17 inch c/c hardtail frame with canti's. So far all I have planned is to regrease all the bearings and to get the stuck seatpost out. I'm using caustic soda at the moment. Ian

I ordered an HG70 from Wiggle. Its a good price for £14 with free delivery. I'll fit it with an SRAM powerlink, so I can take it off regularly to give it a good clean. Ian

The chainset has done the same low milage as the cassette with hardly a wear mark on it. I might get a KMC chain ordered tomorrow at those prices. Ian
