Well, you are in the South West, where it has long been anti government, that was until the SE moved in with the improved roads and air service.

Might move to Cornwall at some point as there is a commune I am interested in, if I can raise the 30k or so to buy in.

30 grand!! hell you could buy Camborne.

al. ;)

All land costs money and if one wants to live as best they can seperate from traditional society one has to bend to the system and buy one's own property away from those that might/will complain, as no one likes to see others having a better life than they, but then complainers always see the good times not the bad, those times being dependant on one's point of view.

My dream is to buy a woodland and there construct a Scandinavian house, stuga or torp and live the permaculture way, doing my thing away from the complainers.

Buy Camborne, nobody has a good time there.

Just make sure to build a fence around your turnip patch.

Quite suprised with that. Thought I would be near to Thatcher who I always admired. It must have been purely sexual then

Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.23

Which makes me a left-of-centre Liberal. Pretty much what I expected TBH.

But I am also in some doubt regarding the bias of the questions themselves.

About right I suppose.

I would describe my own political affiliation as Anarchist Communist.

I don't know about actual bias. How do you mean? Like all such quizzes the questions can't ever be appropriate for all people and societies. The left and right mean totaly different things in the UK and the USA. I think the idea is that the average out to a certain extent.

Asking an anarchist about government control over capitalism is rather meaningless. As we would abolish both.

Still none the wiser with politics.

Oh, did you know, that apparently as soon as one signs on unemployment benefit, they become known to MI5 presumably as it is thought the idle unemployed might become a political problem.

I can very well understand that as unemployment creates different thought.
