Ok so which full susser do I get.....

How about a lapierre or a Giant? A colleague bought the giant (anthem?) xc/marathon bike and he loves it. It also won some bike of the year award recently - if you beleive that sort of thing. Best thing to do is ride them and answer your question yourself.

    Rohloff

I was thinking about one for a buid a while ago. The cheapest were from a seller in Australia. Yes they cost a lot but you'd get a big chunk back if you sell it on.

Jeff, What cranks are those? I don't recognise the spider. Are they being sold as well? If so I might be interested as I need some black arms. PM me if they are.

    Really cheap LED lights.

If you're prepared to pay 50 quid then the P7 torch or the "bastid" that's been disected on STW and available from dealxtreme in the US offer the best bank for your buck. Lots of threads on STW about them edit...clicked the link after I posted...99p :!:

    Boulder: Gazelle or Defiant?

Tough one - I'd bid on it if it was just the F&F but like Dr S says once you start bringing over full bikes it's much more expensive and the rest of the spec is superfluous really as I would be changing it. Why not split it? By all means PM me your ad link when it's on, though I'm sure It'll...

    Elusive part

I must be having a senior moment as I can't think what one of those plastic clips is called that holds / retains full length brake and gear cables. They clip to a bracket on the frame. I need some for a build and I can't find them on any of the usual sites like SJS, CRC etc  Can...

New 1" carbon fork on the market

Carbon is funny stuff. I've got carbon forks on my cruiser BMX and scattered on various bikes, but I always shy away from the stuff from less well known companies as I don't know what their testing is like. Irrational maybe, but particularly with forks, stems and bars IF they go you won't get...
