I've not really used many high end forks.
But it's the Pace RC31 Ti for me! Really flexy and shock absorbing, works perfectly with a flexy Ti frame.

I don't say it is the best, as there are many good ones, but imo it is for sure better than quite a lot covered here, so it deserves a mentioning.

700 gram, quite good damping, precise and very strong: Miyata FatMax (the left one).
