Your biggest overspend

What ever happened to saving upto to get married....you would know the final bill then......
and what ever happened to a quiet little ceremony....we are not all "celebrities" you know............despite what the press would try to have us all think :LOL: :LOL:

Wow. Mr emoticon is right. I am shocked. Wedding prices now are ridiculous. It's the best part of £2,000 for my small local church to be hired with the vicar.

£5500 for Jamaican wedding in all-inclusive 5 star hotel.

Not including the rings and all that other stuff.

It rained.

But within 2 hours of getting married I was drunk on rum in a swimming pool. :D


I spent £30 on the Saracen and acquired it for free.. That's budgeting
 
Cromer, looks like I was fleeced over the cost of my wedding and honeymoon. Wedding in Windsor, honeymoon in oz, I don't think there was much change from £25k, though that did include the engagement ring. When I look back, I got a nice suit, a ring and a £10 haircut. Where did the rest go?
 
It probably would have been cheaper to find someone i didn't like and give them half over everything i owned, if that makes sense :?
