....that looks just great!!!....i love cleaning my bikes after a ride, watching the clean bike emerge from the crud is most satisfying!!.....the black tyres were a good choice too....

are you goofy handed? it looks like the brakes levers are set up for bike polo! have you been playing with the fixie kids again...

I jest that bike is amazing no matter which hand actuates which brake!!!!!

i love that bonty stem! sweet build

Nicely done---glad it came together. More yellow Yo's is a good thing :)

Another brake Q---is it just me or do the front v's look pretty widely spaced?

cheers for the nice comments folks.

not sure if I have goofy hands and even given polo looks cool, never done it. I kind of like the feel of the levers at that angle, tend to ride out of the saddle alot so prefer a steeper angle?

I'm shite at setting up brakes (ask kaiser) so you could be right yo? They stop me so I was happy

Nice one gazzy, clean and simple build with some great components. I knew you wouldn't be able to resist riding it. Chainline looks spot on too very neat without the tensioner. Cannae wait to get a shot now.

As for the brakes UK/Euro stylee is for the front on the right, US flip them. And I thought the linkage V's did sit a wee bit akimbo anyway, the linkages are parallel. Can you swap your spherical washers over?

thanks for clearing up the brake question! obviously it doesn't affect performance it just looked odd to me as i ride the other way... its kinda like how you all drive on the wrong side of the road :p i shouldn't bring up autos because obviously our Auto Industry has got a few things wrong over the years...

i have xtr 950 vees on two of my bikes and set up to Project Twos. i swapped the washers so that the smaller one is closer to the wheel and they are still jacked out like that so it looks good to me. couldn't tell you if it is ideal or not but that is how 100% of my 950s look! again sweet build one of these days...

I remember when I first got my dale and my friend( ) jumped on for a go. Brakes set up opposite, catapulted him off the bike, I can laugh now but I almost kicked his bawz that day. This did set a trend of him crashing any bike of mine he got near.
