18.5" c to top seat tube
The stem is about 145mm with rise.

Its an odd size when you read it. If anyone else is trying to understand the fit. I am 5-11 (32" inseam) and it was very comfortable. I would say 5-10 to 6-2 would be the range (32-34 inseam).
