WTD: Steel or titanium frame wanted for expedition touring

Hello everyone.

This is my first post in here, sorry that I am straight away coming to the wanted section.

So I need a strong frame for an expedition touring bike. I am planning a 8000km cycle so need something strong.

any ATB frame will do as long as it has rear eyes for a rack. Reynolds 501, 535, 635, will be good, but don't be shy offering anything else.

A medium size, 16" or 17". 54 to 56 cm road bike size.

I do not mind if it the whole bike, but please not too expensive.

I am trying to make a budget bike, so nothing too expensive please. So if you have anything in the shed u want to get rid of please let me know.

the frame if for exibition need a repaint but for a touring raid I believe is perfect
