WTD: Beater in London in the next few days

Hi I'm looking for a beater for cheap as, I'm now cursing giving away my old GT frame in summer when I didn't think about needing it for winter..

only condition - needs horizontal dropouts

handlebars + stem, BB headset etc are a bonus, of course wheels are a bonus too but I already have some 700c SS wheels which I plan on using

I have a raleigh equipe frame with all the bits attached - not the prettiest thing you will ever see but for £30 posted ...........

I will stick a tape over it if you are interested
