Workshop Saddle Covers? (Barn Find)

OK, it's not a barn find but I thought that it might make my thread more trendy.

In the olden days (1980s) Selle San Marco used to make elasticated covers for racing saddles (as opposed to those vast padded water-proof things for sit up and beg bikes you see on ebay).

I find myself responsible for rather too many bikes with white saddles, and whenever I want to move them I seem to have grubby hands. I realise that the 2 obvious solutions are:
1) Stop fitting poncey white saddles and
2) Wash my hands frequently in line with government expert advice, singing Happy Birthday to myself as I do so.

But (because aside from being completely impractical, they're good saddles):
Does anyone know where I can get covers that can live on the bikes when stored but take off when ridden that will allow me to remain grubby in the paw department.
Come to think of it, I have the same issue with the matching white handlebar tape. Are workshop handlebar covers a thing?

Ta.
