Who's Got a Raleigh ! ..

Hi Guys ,

I've seen a few Raleigh's on here but not many so theirs obviously more than just me that owns one so i'd like to see who's got a Raleigh all nicely gathered on one thread so i'll Start with my yet to be finished 92 Ravine ..

What you need for that is some nice blue grips!

I used to have a yellow Max :roll: it was a good bike for what it was - unfortunately it needed more than it was worth in parts, a lot of which were seized in place and/or knackered so when the drivetrain locked up and threw me off going down a hill, I scrapped it. On the plus side it came with a Turbo saddle which I took off as soon as I'd bought it, which offset the initial (low!) cost a little.

I look forward to seeing it now it's finished but that's the 92 model at a guess as the 93 was pink as i was reminded just a short while ago but any way those forks are pretty looking imho ..

Got a 94ish M-Trax Ti/Cromo which is my Kiddie Carrier / Trailer bike, fully rigid and gate sized it has a smattering of XTR and its current usage is slightly cruel but its effective

This was it in its 1st guise, it now has XTR mechs, Hope Hubs on 231's, Middleburn cranks and an Answer bar and stem
