Keep it and ride it mate...if you sell it you will regret it for ever.....I sold my frame a few years back and got it back this year...miracles do happen......just keep it so you dont have to wait for your own miracle

if you have space to keep it and are not financially pressed, hang on to it and ride it. if you try to sell it, you'd probably get a fraction of what you paid for it.

the rear QR lever is pointing in wrong direction - they should always point backwards so there is a lot less chance theym coming undone should you brush against something.

I can honsetly say that in 25 years of riding with a QR facing forward I have never had it catch on something and undo...
