I threw away two bikes worth of mint XTR M900 combined STI / levers and matching XTR canti`s, including the rubber boots for the brake adjuster, when i changed the bikes to V brakes about 10 years ago.

And i threw away some part worn but still good Pace chainrings. What do i want now? Pace chainrings

I was told about our old shop manager ....................he was fed up with all the old 2nd hand bikes we couldn't shift.............so he loaded up 10-15 bikes and threw them all down a mine shaft !!!
