Help Identifying this.....Cheap tat or middle of road?

I was only looking for mudguards! I have just asked for more info from the seller, but in the meantime anybody have any clues? It's not what I would normally look at, but with winter coming and it already having mudguards.....oh and I liked the saddle and handle bars.:)

Truth be told these are charming usable bikes (in the right environment) but we only have so much space and time (excepting @Guinessisgoodforyou obvs) so our efforts are better saved for more deserving models.

But is it a crime to pinch the guards and saddle, then toss the remainder into the metal scrap bin?

I ask you.

Once you've bought it, it's on your conscience.

Its rust and chrome flakes are on your hands.

the combination of the Agrati bulge-formed head (pattern "AM") with an aluminum fork crown cap and plate style bridge generally suggests a German origin for the machine

gear ensemble is mixed kitting so something has been replaced

appears an honest and decent product; see no reason not to purchase if it fits your size and requirements

if you are able to post additional images readers should be able to give further details regarding this machine

appears there may be a "MADE IN ITALY" transfer at the base of the seat tube; chainset and headset also appear they may be Italian products from the firm of OFMEGA

the aluminum fork crown cap is an item almost never seen on Italian products which makes the combination of details puzzling...

As a winter hack bike, it'll do the job. You could put a winter's worth of riding on it, and likely sell it for the (hopefully) small amount you paid for it in the Spring. The handlebars are indeed a plus in my eyes.
