That looks like Tim Gould from the 1989-1990 season...loved those Bell helmets! Was it taken whilst he was racing in the States?

Actually, he looks remarkably similar now to when he was racing in '89/'90 (well spotted).....
The helmets have changed indeed (oh fond memories of the Bell V1 Pro!).

Darren Tapp - Well he still lives in Tiverton (Devon). He is still riding bikes but they now have 600cc engines! (ZX6R i think).
