What are your project plans for 2012?

I've got a five stage plan

1. Clear out all the Junk and unused bikes
2. Upgrade the Mtrax ti to M900 (50% is bought)
3. Rebuild the Cove as a 1x9
4. Buy a new 2012 Trek Marlin 29er SS  (scratches both the singlespeed and 29er itch)
5. Enter at least one race.

...back from the powder coaters' so will probably be next on my list to complete.

I really should try and find the time and money to get over to the UK for a Retrobike ride or two - ferry prices, fuel and accommodation make it an expensive trip though, which is why we never venture to the UK except en route to Greece.

Other than that? Ride more and with more commitment than this year, lose 4 or 5 kgs (to get back to 66kgs again) and possibly enter the Taigetos MTB marathon in October.

Complete a bit of a purge, (i.e. actually enforce 1 in 1 out policy that lapsed at least 4 bikes ago )

Finish projects, fisher, landshark, yeti FRO, dave lloyd and put together a DX equipment do it all bike that I'll probably ride the most :D

Well, my plans so far are....

Finally fit my Bonty crowned Judys to my Bontrager Race

Switch the Pace forks to by Dave Yates

Clear all unused frames and parts to make room for a Genesis CdF :)

Cheers
Stu

1) Stop buying old knackered junk and upgrading them from Pub Bike to Commuter to Winter Hack to Summer Hack to Rocket Ship.
2) More MTB Ti frames; the more obscure the better.
3) Some nice 26" ceramic rim wheels
4) Pony up for that CX Ti frame I need
5) Constantly scan the local ads for old knackered junk.
6) In between all of that, actually do some more riding and even try to bike to work more often.
