you may struggle for this spec as 215mm would be threadless, probably?

by 1997 rockstars went 'ovation'. threadless, but not the 750g models. iirc around 1kg.

Got some threaded ones you can have for £15, came off a 1994 Pine Mountain. But they are nowhere near 215mm. As said, they were from the days of threaded headsets...
