Identify Titanium (maybe) bike

Hi all,Can anyone help me identify, this bike model?
Many original parts are missed or changed, but It seems it has a Titanium frame.

Looks like ti (colour, welds and tube/ fittings shape)
Cheap Dropouts, so it's a basic frame, possibly pure ti, not 3/2.5 or other alloy.
Long r triangle, toptube routing, pre- suspension geometry, canti hangers 1&1/8 heaf tube makes me put it at 93,94?

I'd put money on it that that IS ti.

But, with unknown provenance, I wouldn't give more than £150 for it... if that.

The pictured is Ti, but absolutely NOT Airborne and not from our factory.

Looking at the welds and frame colour it gives me Russian Ti vibes.

It’s different to the DNA I’ve got and also the red mig ones I’ve seen. But they made them for many brands.
