That, while looking superb and coherent is one hell of a bitza; bit's of this, and bit's of that. It's a gutsy build IMHO.

Totally agree. Looks all very hand picked for very personal usability reasons, but not any old shit thrown together.

No brand loyalty at all. No nation loyalty at all. I could see that all working really well together.

Hat's off for hanging it all on a French frame 🤗 🤓
 
@Guinessisgoodforyou - looking over that MBK again, the part you would expect by default to be Mafac is a Campag & Dia-Compe combo. The frame has been modified for allen key brake fittings too (I'm 99.9% sure this was not done in 1974). Thinking out loud, I'm wondering if this frame was originally for 700c? Just look where the brake blocks are on the already long reach arms.
