TV Licencing...Quite clever really

They cannot turn up the volume in the UK for adverts.. though they can compress the audio range which in effect turns up the volume :(

We can complain about the BBC and do have a say in what goes on.. you just need to complain at them.

Not saying it'll make a difference, but it can give somepeople some very high profile.


Personally I don't mind paying the money.
 
Say, someone had been paying for a tv license all his life, and never meant to forget to pay it for about 10 months and only just realised after reading he didn't have one.... Could this person buy one next week and not have to pay for the previous month, or would he have to pay for the previous 10 months also?

Said person could just say they didn't use the TV for that period..

They back date it. Then you have to go through a process of arguing with a moron.
