Too retro? Early Safety Cycle

Child size?
Adult safeties of this period often had 30" wheels. These ones look like 20" in comparison to the brick courses behind.
 
If it is a child’s one it’s quite a bit rarer. When we were kids my grandad used to say it was a lot harder getting hold of children’s vintage bikes than adult ones.
 
This would have cost a huge amount new, and been super rare.
Most adults couldn't afford a bike in 1890.

But usually child size vintage bikes are worth a lot less than adult size.☹

On the other hand they are easier to work on, store and display😃
