The only app I pay for is the OS one. I think it's a bargain for about £25/year. I can look at any part of the UK on my phone - and it seems to show bridleways that aren't on the paper maps. I find it really helpful for finding new routes.I have OS maps and I did look on Google Earth first but no idea the traffic would be so bad. I've found a few nice routes for summer, just need to get the fitness up now![]()

Second that comment, it’s brilliant for plotting routes as long as you subscribe. My mate thought it was shite then got a free trial and has never looked back. Nice"Around the block" once again, but this time on the lovely EddyM Corsa 01 which I bought off this site a few months ago. Not really geared for hills/ascents and definitely a product of its age, but superb to see the chrome in the sunshine.
