Got this a while ago wondered if there rare/any good?

i haven't got round to using it as yet and looks pretty good condition wondered what other people thought of them EG good/bad points.

I've read: Made by SRP and use the shimano ramps, so should shift very well too.

didnt shimano make a ti cassette (8 speed) whats the difference with this and the tioga one?

think the weight is around 180-200g

Ive never heard of these, never seen one in a Tioga catalogue either.
I noticed the shifting ramps looked similar to Hyperglide straight away.

Nice bit of kit.

to be honest i know very little too,

what year were they made etc?

i think all the different gear cogs are ti (not sure of grade)
and the spacers are alu in blue.

the cogs are all loose where the shimano rear cassettes are all joined together except from the last 2 or 3 ones.

ActionTek is full Ti; seperate cogs with plastic spacers - incredibly light. XTR is only the four largest cogs in Ti on an alloy spider...

just looked at the action tech link,looks very nice and the price of $215 is much more than what i paid,i was the only bidder and got mine for $75 i think off the top of my head as it was november last year i won it...rts still not finished!!! :twisted: :twisted:
