Tidy up a Ritchey

This Ascent was all there but had Deore components so from what owner told me it needed XT. I saw all of his bikes in his collection, most were pre 1884 Ritchey so I agree. I did have to do a bit of touch up on the top tube n a few other places but for the most part its all original paint, stickers, fork and headset. These bikes pop up all the time in my region, NORCAL, and I will snap up the underpriced ones all day. Hope it makes the cut. M730 all around.

Great find! Looks very much like my 87’ Ascent, I bike I’ve owned since new, great riding frames

Have added a few pieces to the build. Most noted for me are the fork stickers supplied by Gil. Those never make it past a few years and do make a bike.
