Q: would the screw press a lever?

i cannot believe even the Swiss would have configured bevel gears.

It could be similar to what BMC (another Swiss outfit) did, a carbon fibre, or steel wire connected to a wedge, a very small movement of the connected bolt would be enough to lock the parts tight together.

I really like the silver/black/blue combination! what chain is that?

one thing that really bugs me though, is when frame builders don't think about the section of downtube that is covered by the chainset when putting their name on it... just looks daft and careless I think.

Chain is a 10speed KMC dlc black/blue chain.
Just the E is hidden by the chainring
