But sherbet fountains kill less than alcohol too.
Now how many sherbet fountain users die of their habit, and how much of a social problem does sherbet use create relative to the number of users?
My hope would be for a less crime orientated view on 'drug' use, with an emphasis on tackling the social problems surrounding dependency at the same time as education, and controlled decriminalisation with the safeguard of criminal prosecution of proactive suppliers.
