LGF, on your recommendation, I bought one fro the garage aaaaages ago. It's held up to grinding dust and damp like a champ! But, I do have one criticism of mine - a small turn on pop. I'm using an old set of (not very special) eltax speakers and a laptop power supply.

Creek amps are quite small front to back - approx 9" from memory ....eg Creek CAS 4040........ also fairly inexpensive if you're lucky
