dunno, it was on the bbc news at 10, 2nd item in the sports section behind hamiltons F1 win (yawn) and was even interviewed. Cant expect more.

The Australian media has been really talking up Evans win, which is a full 180 degree turn to the normal nil coverage of most things cycling.
Over here is only the seasonal ball sports ( cricket, and the various codes of football) or the Olympic swimming team. Hats off to Cav (& support from Renshaw), what a fantastic effort on le Tour.

Not wanting to piss on the parade but remember it is a sub competition to the main event. I for one hope SKY don't sign him and turn them from promising talent pot into a side show act.
